Amy always gets the job done! This is our second time using Amy to represent us in selling our home. There was no doubt she is the best of the best! The best part of Amy's everyday house searching routine is she makes a genuine effort to understand what we are looking and what the advertised house offers. Then, Amy would go through the entire house and look for every small details. A good person to have for the stressful and long buying process who is always on the side of the buyer!

We started listening to what Amy had to say about our existing house, and she suggested ideas to renovate before we present our house to probable buyers. We followed her suggestions and made the house prepared and ready. The selling process went to our satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about Amy Novak. Amy is very knowledgable when it comes to her market knowledge of the area of my childhood home. She came up with a price that I was very happy with and ultimately led to an extremely quick offer for the property. She made the process easy to understand, even with this being the first time I had sold a property. She made me feel like I was her priority throughout the entire process.
